This 4-week Hyperspace Academy Yoga training is for seekers & students who want to unlock and develop their ability to consciously relax and find deep rest.
The Art & Science of Relaxing hyperspace training offers you an opportunity to practice proven techniques for inducing complete relaxation to release stress, tension, and worry from your physical, emotional, and mental bodies while allowing you to integrate the deep rest you need to support your hyperspace healing, creative journey, and conscious evolution.

Creating lasting & sustainable transformation, like rewiring the nervous system & changing ingrained habits of stress, takes commitment and consistency.
Each class is intended to be practiced every night for 1 week following the LIVE transmission or after watching the first class recording. This helps us to firmly establish ourself in the practice, before moving on to the next class with more advanced techniques.
Practicing on a daily basis will allow the best chance at transformation and really help facilitate a calmer and more restful experience in all of life. Practicing at the same time each day really starts to anchor newly learned patterns & skills.

This hyperspace trip is here for you to learn, practice, & deepen your conscious connection to a state of deep relaxation & rest in gentle and accessible ways. Relaxing is a skill that takes time & practice to hone on your unique journey.

Releasing tension & stress in our gentle & conscious efforts to relax takes creating boundaries for our practice in home, schedule, & focus. This process much easier when we start small and then expand. Finding our unique balance between accountability & grace is part of our unique journey.
You'll get a full hyperspace briefing of the program details, with practice guidance, & 2 micro meditations sent in the intro email, as well as support transmissions sent with the class recordings each week. Check out our journey map below!

During our first week we introduce & practice preliminary pranayama techniques to gently facilitate the switch from Sympathetic to Parasympathetic nervous response through guided breath meditation & relaxation.

On our second stop together, we learn & practice 2 of the most studied & beneficial tantric yoga practices for letting go of worry, tension, reducing stress, and clearing the stage of mind to prepare for entering a deeper state of rest & relaxation.
WEEK THREe
Deep rest & Relaxation
As we land in week 3, the inner stage has been set for us to enter into our practice of conscious deep relaxation through a brief cleansing breath and specially curated and guided hyperspace practice of Yoga Nidra

In our last stop together we discuss & practice awakening from our deep rest with conscious awareness and mindfulness - integrating our peace - as we begin to move into the next phase of our hero's journey.
